Busy window

A Partner sells 500 HAND. 10 HAND enter a Timed Hold. A Counter Fill lands in the same Live Window. The Gate Rule is met. 10 HAND Unbind and become Closed HAND. The Partner receives 490 HAND of sale. Closed HAND does not return.

Quiet window

A Partner sells 500 HAND. 10 HAND enter a Timed Hold. No Counter Fill lands before the Gate. The 10 HAND Roll into the next Live Window, still bound. They are not cancelled. They are not clawed back. The next window reads the same Hold.
