• Issue — read total supply. It starts at 6,000,000 HAND and only falls when Unbind writes Closed HAND.
• Window Share — two percent on the Pair Book fee path. Holding and sending outside a trade show no take.
• Live Window — a counter that steps on transfers. It does not step backward.
• Closed HAND — issue remaining falls by the Unbind amount. Those units do not reappear.
• Timed Hold — a bound amount that either Unbinds or Rolls. It does not sit in the deployer wallet.
